Tom Morello has released a brand new genre-crossing single, ‘Can’t Stop The Bleeding’ featuring Gary Clark Jr. and Gramatik. The track exclusively premiered as Zane Lowe’s World Record on Apple Music’s Beats 1 last night. Listen to the single here. Tom says: “‘Can’t Stop The Bleeding’ is the latest Marshall stack bass drop banger from Gary Clark Jr., Gramatik and myself. Influenced by W.B. Yeats, Jimi Hendrix and terrified Ultra fans, this latest salvo of ‘Shred Step’ just erupted from ‘The Atlas Underground’.” Tom was recently announced as an official ambassador of the American Civil Liberties Union’s Campaign for Smart Justice. The organisation has partnered with Tom for his upcoming tour, as his new album, ‘The Atlas Underground’, features a theme of social justice ghost stories that relate to many of the ACLU’s causes in the US such as immigration rights, police brutality and criminal justice reform. Tom will be integrating these issues into elements of his live show throughout the tour to bring further awareness. Following his headline tour, Tom will support Muse on the UK leg of their ‘Simulation Theory World Tour’. He will join them on the road for stadium shows this June in London, Manchester and Bristol. Tom will also play a one-off show at Rescue Rooms in Nottingham.
