Machineheart are: singer Stevie Scott, drummer Harrison Allen, guitarist Carman Kubanda, and bassist Jake Randle. Hailing from LA, the band made ripples with the hit single “Circles” in the Spring of 2015 and they’re back with new single “Stonecold” after working with producers Dave Bassett (Elle King, Fitz & the Tantrums) and Nick Ruth (Active Child, RAC, Astrid S)
As kids of the 90s, Machineheart’s influences range from Fleetwood Mac to Radiohead, Kate Bush & Nirvana but such touchstones aren’t necessarily traceable in Machineheart’s music but more in their knack for writing indelible melodies.
The new single “Stonecold” was added to the Spotify global new music playlist, with Entertainment Weekly naming the track one of their top 8 ‘under the radar’ singles of 2016 and Billboard have been on the road with the band for the new video out later next month.
