MURRAY CHALMERS PR EXPANDS WITH NEW CLIENTS

Today, March 14, Murray Chalmers PR (MCPR) announces a raft of new client wins for 2017.

MCPR offer PR across all platforms, social media strategy and management, crisis communications, corporate press and general communications consultancy.

Since the beginning of 2017 the MCPR roster has expanded, taking on a diverse range of new clients, incorporating new accounts amongst their roster of music artists, the newly formed personality roster as well as the now well-established lifestyle and events division of the company.

MCPR are now handling the print, online, radio and TV PR for SJM’s Wild Life Festival 2017, which will see Fat Boy Slim, Jess Glynne, Zara Larsson, Wiley, Stormzy and many more perform over two days at Brighton City Airport on 9th and 10th of June.

Actress, TV presenter and Robbie Williams’ wife, Ayda Field (Fresh Meat, Loose Women), globally recognised beauty YouTuber and digital entrepreneur Fleur de Force and Carly Paoli (classical cross-over artist) have all been signed up to the company’s newly formed roster of personalities. The team will handle all personal PR and comms activities for Ayda and Fleur; Ayda as she continues to progress her career as an actress and Fleur ahead of her upcoming product launches with MAC and amplifying existing ranges with Eylure and Collection.

MCPR will also continue to work with global content creator festival ‘Beautycon Festival London‘ following a successful event in 2016. The company has also retained their client, Attitude Magazine, expanding the remit of work to incorporate a full year’s worth of activity with both Attitude and Winq magazines.

MCPR’s ever growing electronic music roster now includes Grammy nominated duo and founding members of the multi-platinum selling Swedish House Mafia, Axwell /\ Ingrosso, UK top 10 DJ and producer Alesso and multi award winning producer, songwriter, DJ, visual artist and actor Goldie MBE. Festival favourites Crystal Fighters, singer-songwriter, guitarist and producer Fink and Goldfrapp have all also been recently added to the MCPR roster.

Murray Chalmers PR was included in the top 5 entertainment companies in the recent PR Week Power Book 2017, with Murray referred to ‘as one of the biggest players in the UK music scene’. Speaking of the company’s expansion, Murray Chalmers said:

“I’m very proud to see MCPR grow in such an interesting way; since I promoted Sarah Henderson to Director I’ve felt that we were unstoppable. Next year will mark 10 years after I set the company up with no staff and a borrowed office.  I always wanted to find someone who could help me move the business forward and Sarah and I are both ambitious to take it as far as it can go”
